Designed for a couple who loves to entertain, this Laurel Heights residence centers around an open-concept great room that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, living room, and outdoor spaces. As a primary focus of the home renovation, the reconfigured floor plan was designed to support impromptu gatherings and relaxed day-to-day living, creating a natural sense of flow throughout the main living areas of the home.

The interior design balances clean architectural lines with warm, layered materials and a refined modern sensibility. Carefully selected finishes, subtle tonal variation, and thoughtfully integrated textures help the spaces feel inviting, comfortable, and highly livable.

Throughout the residence, elevated everyday objects, custom furnishings, and understated architectural detailing enrich the home’s social spaces while reinforcing a sense of cohesion and ease.
