San Francisco Guest Flats Interior Design

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA

Two guest flats, named Brera and Brixton after neighborhoods in Milan and London, were inspired by the ease and elegance of European-style living. Through a thoughtful layering of color, texture, and textiles alongside lush pattern play, these once drab, cookie-cutter condos were transformed into warm, inviting temporary homes with a distinct sense of place.

Each flat was approached as a boutique hospitality experience, blending refined residential interiors with subtle international references. Designed with intention and restraint, the project highlights our expertise in small space design and elevated residential styling for urban dwellings, where every detail contributes to both function and atmosphere.
